Our Employee-Associates matter. As we launch our WindFiber™ program and our other expansions, we will post our hiring needs here. We anticipate hiring more than 400 new employee-associates in early 2010 for our new Wind Blade manufacturing facility in Wisconsin Rapids, and expect to be in a position to hire additional associates as we expand our Power, BioFuels, Industry and Water activities in the nearer term.
