JAMIE MANCL is the founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of ECC, where he directs the successful implementation of the Company's business plan. Jamie has twenty years of hands-on leadership and operating experience in composites fabrication and distribution, and is generally regarded as a leading innovator in the use of composites to drive value into cleantech efforts. He founded Advanced Fiberglass Technologies and M&W Fiberglass, ECC's predecessor companies, in 1995.

JEFF KEUNTJES is ECC's Vice President - Finance, and previously was the company's Controller. He previously held financial management positions with Domtar Industries, Renaissance Learning and Inland Steel. Jeff is a member of the institute of Management Accountants, completed his MBA in Finance, and holds the CSOX Certificate from the Sarbanes-Oxley Institute.

KEN IWINSKI is ECC's General Counsel and Director of Human Resources. Previously served as Vice President - Legal and Secretary of Northland Cranberries, a publicly traded and vertically integrated food business. Ken has also served as Managing Member and Counsel for an early stage manufacturing business. Ken practiced law for a number of years, with an emphasis on human resource law, corporate governance and compliance.

ADRIAN WILLIAMS heads ECC's WindFiber division and is the architect of ECC's WindFiber strategy. He is one of the most respected global leaders in the application of composite technology to the burgeoning wind energy market, having previously advised most of the major players in the industry. Adrian was Group President of Gurit Heberlein and a senior executive of SP Systems, where he used his extensive engineering, strategic and commercial backgrounds to create and grow significant wind-related businesses.
