JAMIE MANCL is the founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of ECC, where he directs the successful implementation of the Company's business plan. Jamie has twenty years of hands-on leadership and operating experience in composites fabrication and distribution, and is generally regarded as a leading innovator in the use of composites to drive value into cleantech efforts. He founded Advanced Fiberglass Technologies and M&W Fiberglass, ECC's predecessor companies, in 1995.
SAM FAIRCHILD is the Chief Executive Officer of ECC, and served as CEO of ECC's predecessor, Advanced Fiberglass Technologies. Previously he served as CEO of Broadwind Energy's predecessor, Tower Tech Holdings, where he led the growth in market capitalization from $40 million to over $1 billion. Sam has extensive global corporate leadership experience at both public and private companies, as well as a significant experience portfolio in senior governmental positions, where he advised the President and Vice President on energy, environmental and transportation policy.
ADRIAN WILLIAMS heads ECC's WindFiber division and is the architect of ECC's WindFiber strategy. He is one of the most respected global leaders in the application of composite technology to the burgeoning wind energy market, having previously advised most of the major players in the industry. Adrian was Group President of Gurit Heberlein and a senior executive of SP Systems, where he used his extensive engineering, strategic and commercial backgrounds to create and grow significant wind-related businesses.
