Sam Fairchild is an independent member of ECC’s Board of Directors. Previously he served as CEO of Broadwind Energy's predecessor, Tower Tech Holdings, where he led the growth in market capitalization from $40 million to over $1 billion. Sam has extensive global corporate leadership experience at both public and private companies, as well as a significant experience portfolio in senior governmental positions, where he advised the President and Vice President on energy, environmental and transportation policy.

Tom Klismith is an independent member of ECC’s Board of Directors, where he chairs the Compensation Committee. He has served as a director of ECC and its predecessor company since April 2008. Tom has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1984 and is President of Klismith Accounting & Tax Group in central Wisconsin. He is a member of both the American and Wisconsin Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Jamie Mancl is the founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of ECC, where he directs the successful implementation of the Company's business plan. Jamie has twenty years of hands-on leadership and operating experience in composites fabrication and distribution, and is generally regarded as a leading innovator in the use of composites to drive value into cleantech efforts. He founded Advanced Fiberglass Technologies and M&W Fiberglass, ECC's predecessor companies, in 1995.

Jennifer Mancl is ECC’s Vice President for Administration and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Jennifer has a BA in Business Administration and Marketing. She leads the company’s sourcing and procurement, marketing and external affairs activities. She had previously worked for Stora Enso North America and gained valuable experience in plant operations for the pulp and paper industry.

Jim Miller is an independent member of ECC’s Board of Directors, where he serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Jim is currently President and a member of the Board of Intervistas Consulting, LLC an international management consulting and transaction advisory firm and previously was a Senior Partner and Member of the Management Committee of the PA Consulting Group. An econometrician and lawyer, he is a respected financial leader, serving as Principal at Minshall & Co., Chief Financial Officer of Tulsa International Airport, and Board Member of JFKIAT, LLC, the developer of the $1.2 billion redevelopment of Terminal 4 at JFK International Airport.

Tim Sherlock is an independent member of ECC’s Board of Directors, where he serves on the Board’s Audit Committee. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of GeoAnalytics, Inc., a provider of spatial analytics solutions in Madison, Wisconsin. Previously, he served as CFO of ARI Network Services, Catalyst International and Renaissance Learning. Tim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of Financial Executives International.

Dan Wergin is an independent member of ECC’s Board of Directors, where he serves on the Board’s Compensation Committee. He has served as a director of ECC and its predecessor company since April 2008, following his resignation from the Board of Broadwind Energy. (NASDAQ: BWEN). Dan was a founder of Broadwind’s predecessor company, Tower Tech Holdings (NASDAQ:TWRT), and the company’s first Chief Financial Officer. He has also been the President of Choice, Inc., a real estate investment and development company based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin for 30 years.
