Jennifer Mancl is ECC’s Vice President for Administration and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Jennifer has a BA in Business Administration and Marketing. She leads the company’s sourcing and procurement, marketing and external affairs activities. She had previously worked for Stora Enso North America and gained valuable experience in plant operations for the pulp and paper industry.

Jim Thomas is ECC's National Sales Manager. He previously served as Regional Sales Manager for Enduro, where he led market penetration strategies for a wide range of composite products, including dual laminate structures. Jim has worked in the composites industry for 30 years, with responsibilities that run the full gambit of activities - production, procurement, engineering, quotation, sales, marketing, management, and human resources. His integrated view of composites fabrication underpins his success as a sales strategist, team manager and plan implementor.

Frank Krmpotich is ECC's Director of Engineering. Previously he was Chief Engineer at Belding Tank Technologies as well as President of Fiberglass Consulting Engineering. Frank is one of the most respected composite engineers in the industry, with more than 32 years of experience. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American National Standards Institute RTP-1 Committees on Design and Fabrication and on Accreditation, and is a leader in numerous other professional engineering societies.

Brian Mancl is ECC's Director of Production. Previously, he served as Assistant Superintendent of Domtar Industries, where he led all production employees and was responsible for meeting the company's production goals. Brian's keen focus on quality-driven production, based on his successful production leadership track record at Domtar and his twenty-year composites career, enables him to ensure that ECC meets its production and quality commitments effectively and efficiently.

Walter Clark is ECC's Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety. Previously he managed significant programs for Wisconsin's Department of Public Health where he led emergency response and other public health efforts. Walt's 20 years of U.S. Army experience, seven of which were in the Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defense arenas, coupled with his extensive training in OSHA, HAZMAT, employee health regulation and environmental policy benefits ECC's risk management capability.

Derek Johnson is Sales Engineer for ECC's WindFiber Division. Previously he was North American Service Manager for LM Glasfiber. During his tenure Derek's leadership and business development skills resulted in a remarkable 700% increase in sales volume in 2 years. Major clients included Mitsubishi, Acciona, Gamesa, Repower and Suzlon. Derek's proven business development expertise coupled with his advanced problem solving competencies and hands-on experience in blade fabrication provides the underpinning for his successful leadership in developing our WindFiber sales.

Gordon Konietzki is ECC's Project Manager. Previously, he led production teams at Consolidated Papers/Stora Enso North America. Gordy is certified by the National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers, and has considerable experience in working with union labor effectively.
